The Rural Women's Development Society - WB is implementing the project "“Promotion of sustainable agriculture and rural development through the cultivation and production of thyme in the village of Yabrud.,” funded by Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI), known as "the donor", and Entraide et Fraternité. Implemented by Rural Women's Development Society (RWDS)

Legally qualified and registered companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a certified copy of the tender documents by visiting the Association's office on any Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Muhayin, Legislative Roundabout, Sabat Building (next to Wasel Architecture), 2nd Floor,

GENERAL CONDITIONS - GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Prices provided are inclusive of VAT as the project is not tax exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. This requires the issuance of an invoice and a source discount by the winning supplier.

• The Rural Women's Development Society (RWDA) is not obliged to anchor at the lowest rate offered.

• Incomplete or non-compliant tenders will be refused minimum terms and conditions, or received after the expiry of the specified delivery date.

• Competitive companies must attach a tender entry guarantee that is not less than 5% of the value of the financial offer.

• The process of documenting the receipt and delivery of tenders must be ascertained in the official receipt and delivery records at the association's headquarters.

• Publication fees and advertisements for this tender are covered by the company on which the tender is awarded.

• The price of the 200 shekels is paid upon receipt of the copy from the association's headquarters
